I was referred to this dentistry by my dad, John Reddy. I reached out with an inquiry through the website and got a text message from Janelle later that evening about scheduling an appointment and she patiently answered my questions about insurance which was super helpful. She was also able to send the patient forms that needed to be filled out via email which was really convenient, as opposed to filing out the forms in person (and making the appointment longer). Upon arriving, I was greeted warmly by Liliete and shortly Janelle. The music in the lobby was cheerful and not too loud which I appreciated since I wear hearing aids. I was escorted to the room by the dental hygienist Katherine who is an expert at her craft. Though I had not been at the dentist since approximately 2016, through her knowledge and ability to listen, multi-task, and handwork, I actually enjoyed the experience despite initially being nervous. I also had a wonderful opportunity to meet Dr. Short who informed me of his professional opinion on the health of my teeth as I was checking out, which was a nice touch. The technology that is available is definitely state of the art and is super impressive. They have scans, x-ray machines, and overall, I felt that the team did an excellent job at providing a clear and complete picture as everything presented was comprehensive and informative. I also received a small giftbag that made me feel welcome. Most recently, (on 12/2/2021 in the morning) I was informed that my appointment that had been previously scheduled for 12/29/21 had been cancelled. I'll be honest, I was not pleased in the least. But the team at Classic Smile had my back and immediately presented alternative options and were extremely respectful and patient, even when I expressed my frustration over the phone and through text messages. I was able to get in later that day in the afternoon which speaks volumes to how important customers are to Classic Smile. They even have designated parking spaces which is wonderful so I don't have to worry about on-street parking. Again, I was warmly greeted by Janelle and Liliete who made me laugh when they said "Long time no see" (when I had seen them on 11/30) . I also met with Katherine, and the procedure went so well, I told her that she shouldn't be a dental hygienist. I told her that she should be a dentist and I believe wholeheartedly she would be amazing at it. She definitely knows what she is doing and has a reassuring presence when she does her work. In conclusion, the work of team at the Classic Smile should be the industry standard set across the nation. Not only do they go above and beyond in what they do, but I feel that they genuinely care about the people they interact with. They make me feel like I'm part of a family, which normally never happens when I interact with healthcare professionals. I have an appointment scheduled for next week and for the first time ever in my life, I actually can't wait to go back. Great job to the team at Classic Smile, thank you for being my dentistry. It is an honor to be your patient and I sincerely look forward to being your patient for a long time.
