Called with a plumbing emergency of a shower valve leaking in the bathroom wall. Sillari responded rapidly and triaged the problem over the phone. The plumber arrived on time, worked quickly, and answered all my questions about the process.

Charlie supplied and installed a new OEM Burnham inducer motor with fan, housing and new gasket on 4 section power vented steam boiler. His quote was very competitive & he was communicative & did the work in a timely manner. Thankfully the humming noise in our steam boiler was taken care of.
Charlie has been coming to our house for over 20 years servicing various issues over the years. Never mind the quality service Charlie provides, he is one the nicest and hardest working people you will find. Case in point.... we were closing on our house today and during the walk through it turns out that the upstairs heat would not come on. This was very discouraging and put the closing in jeopardy. I quickly got on the line to Charlie and he maneuvered his schedule to come see what was wrong. Charlie came to the house in about an hour, quickly found the issue and was on his way with a smile. Charlie has saved the day here many times in the past, but today he really understood our panic/urgency and simply showed up.
