Charlie is absolutely the best. His work is stellar. He is super smart. He treats you with incredible respect. He does impeccable work. You could not ask for more and, damn it, he's probably going to retire in the not too far off future. Except he probably dreads the thought and so may put it off until he can't. Which is only to our benefit.
Called with a plumbing emergency of a shower valve leaking in the bathroom wall. Sillari responded rapidly and triaged the problem over the phone. The plumber arrived on time, worked quickly, and answered all my questions about the process.

My stand up shower had apparently been leaking into the apartment below me. The first plumber we called was very clearly trying to con me (I won't get into details here). So I started calling other plumbers. Sillari was the first to call me back. I described the issue to him in as much detail as I could as well as what the first plumber had told me. Sillari asked me a few questions about the shower, then told me over the phone what he thought the issue was and how I can test for it on my own.
