Wow.. thee guys are honest. I had an issue with my exhaust that would have required ordering expensive parts and waiting a while for them to arrive. They suggested I go to another custom muffler shop (Lou's Custom Muffler in N. Reading) for a quicker and cheaper solution. Roadside Truck and Auto certainly earned my trust with this interaction.

Kind-hearted, hard-working, patient, and extremely knowledgeable.These guys are top notch. They did some quality work on my box truck a few months back, and were very patient as I asked many questions to learn the ins and outs of how to maintain my own vehicle. I was very pleased with their work and it's been running great ever since.A few days ago, my motorcycle broke down nearby. Unfortunately, they don't work on motorcycles, but they pointed me in the right direction and were very accommodating. Best auto service in Medford! Very Experienced and knowledgeable technicians. Brought vehicle in because heat had stopped working and front headlight was out. Called me back 2 hours later to say it was done and ready for pickup! Thanks guys!
