I was blown away by the service I received.
I absolutely needed a custom drip edge done on the same day and these guys came through.
Rafael (sorry if I misspelled your name) was very helpful to explain required measurements, etc. and the part came out perfect.
Absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for custom sheet metal work.
I have a 100 year old house and needed a gutter made… a special curved gutter. Every gutter company I contacted either refused to accept the project or when they did, said they had to piece it together. I googled every search term I could come up with and then found a utube of Riverside showing how these gutters are made. I called and worked with Leo Duarte and he guided me through the process. I am in North Carolina. Leo is in Massachusetts so he couldn’t just swing by. Measurements had to be precise. That was hard. 4 men equaled 4 different measurements. Excellent product, and personalized service. Packing is pricey, but first quality wood crating that guarantees arrival of the product in good order. All product is made to order, so be prepared to spend some time with Sales.
