I am a first-time customer. I had a rental unit that needed some dated carpeting removed and replaced with vinyl flooring. I need this done in a timely manner to get on the market. Everett was pleasant to deal with, he gave a timely competitive quote and when agreed to, he scheduled the sub-contractor fairly quickly. Everett came to the property the first day to make sure all started off well. In 4 days, the job was done, and was left in a very clean condition. The team was very professional as well. I hired Mitchell Design & Construction to gut and renovate my bathroom last August during Covid. I chose Everett over other contractors because of his innovativeness, problem solving, and professionalism. One example is I had an issue with my jacuzzi tub in that if anything went wrong mechanically I wouldn't be able to fix it without breaking down the wall my neighbors and I share. Everett was able to come up with a solution so that I can get to the motor without any hassle. Everett knew this was my only bathroom to shower in and he had the project done in 1.5 weeks! I thought I was going to have to live in a hotel for a month or so! Everett and his workers were very thorough, respectful (wore masks the whole time in a room without air conditioning), efficient, and clean. Even though it wasn't a huge project Everett treated it like it was, which I appreciated. His costs were very reasonable too despite the increase in materials these days. I look forward to having him do other renovations this summer! I highly recommend Mitchell Design & Construction for any home projects.

Recently had my front entry way remodeled by mitchell contracting. His employees were prompt precise and meticulous with each phase of the project . I will have him back for other projects on my home . Highly recommend
