Medford Optical is an eye care facility that specializes in all types of prescription eyewear. They have an on-site Optometrist and work closely with several local Ophthalmology practices. Medford Optical provides excellent service and takes great care of every customer in a warm and welcoming manner. The fantastic, supportive staff is incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind. They are excellent with kids and provide a perfect fit. Reviewers praise the store's amazing selection and quality. Many highly recommend Medford Optical and will continue to visit for their eyewear needs.
I came to Medford Optical on the recommendation of a good friend, and I had a great experience with Umberto Rossetti, optician at Medford Optical. He is professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure I found the right frames and that my glasses fit perfectly. He exemplifies exceptional customer service, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. It’s obvious that he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work.

I was a walk in and was treated like a long term customer. They are local and amazing for glasses, great selection, and the Ophthalmologist is fantastic .
Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and very flexible to accommodate your schedule. I highly recommend them.
