Hi everyone

I recently had a bikini waxing treatment at [medford nail bar ], and unfortunately, it led to a burn and significant redness in the treated area. I’ve never had an experience like this before, and it’s been quite painful and uncomfortable. I feel that the treatment wasn’t done properly, and I’m disappointed with the outcome. I pay 67$

I believe others should be aware of this issue, especially since I had high expectations for the service based on the reputation of your salon. I hope this can be addressed to ensure future customers don’t face the same issue.

I would appreciate a response on how this situation can be resolved.
