Tom responded to my online request offering an available time, upfront pricing and requesting more information/pictures about the request. He texted the morning of to confirm his arrival. He worked efficiently and communicated everything to us clearly. There were no surprises with the invoice which was provided at the end of the service. He left everything clean and tidy. We will be calling him again for future plumbing needs. As professional as it gets!

Tom is fantastic. We had to replace an old gas range and I reached out to inquire about gas connection work. Tom is quick and communicative and got back to me quickly. I appreciate that he is transparent about his pricing as well. He is reasonable, professional (on time) and delivers great results. We would absolutely hire him for other home or plumbing projects as well.
