Rude. Unprofessional and uncaring. This company literally works hard and exhausts tremendous energy to not honor their contract. They never answered my claim and never paid damages or made any attempt to make me whole. The liability claim personnel, Katherine is simply horrible and unenergetic and very dismissive. Don't waste your time. Trust me. Keep your sanity and run from this company. Shame on the Ford corporation for teaming up with this company. *Not a professional company.
Seems hard to find them here on Google to give them a review like they’re trying to hide from the world or they’re trying to hide something so people don’t give them a lot of bad reviews or they cannot sue them, but this actually happened in San Mateo, California, and they don’t seem to have any Google business here
This has been a months-long nightmare with no accountability. My claim is still technically “open,” yet nothing ever moves forward. Calls go unanswered, promised callbacks never happen, and I’m repeatedly told to wait another 48 hours — over and over again.

Do not use! They sent someone to jump start my car and they fried the starter relay by disconnecting the fuse block on top of the battery and then connecting one jumper cable to the positive battery post and the other to the start relay fuse. Now they’re saying it’s not their fault and denied the claim
