I've just had my second reflex touch session with Helen and was very effective.
The treatment was amazing. Best reflexology I had. Helen is very soft spoken and very much dedicated to her work. I cannot wait for my next treatment! I would recommend her to everyone.

Helen is a master Jedi healer. She's truly gifted and a lot of fun to work with. I highly recommend reflexology for anyone like me who doesn't necessarily understand how it works, but needs it to work ASAP. Helen is the best.
