I’ve been going to acupuncture for years north of Boston and was hoping to find somewhere closer to home -- so glad I discovered Point and Balance! Leah and Xi are incredible: warm, welcoming, and truly attentive to how you’re feeling. They take the time to listen and tailor each session thoughtfully.
The space itself is calm and soothing, with cozy treatment rooms that make it easy to relax. I also really appreciate how flexible the scheduling is, and that they take insurance. I genuinely look forward to my weekly visits!
I've had a wonderful experience here. I had never tried acupuncture before and I'm so glad I chose Point and Balance. Both Leah and Xi have been amazing and I always leave feeling at ease. They take the time to check in on how I'm doing each visit and they show deep care and respect. They're also warm and friendly and it's always pleasant chatting with them. The ambiance is calm and soothing, and everything is well cleaned and well maintained. I'm able to pay with insurance and that is handled super smoothly as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
I have been going here for a few years and love it. I am currently seeing Xi at this office and she is THE BEST. She is so warm and friendly , making sure I am comfortable and that she is helping with whatever I need. It’s an added bonus that my insurance covers majority of the cost of a visit too. The rooms are so cozy and comfortable. Will continue to be a patient of Xi’s for a long time :)
