I truly enjoyed my 'All About Me' session with Deb! She was amazing and even targeted troublesome areas on my lower back. I was truly pampered and will book this session again. :)

Lymphatic DrainageWhile seeking relief from swelling in my leg as a result of a compound fracture and ruptured patella tendon, decided to ask my long time massage therapist Debbie Bolton to work on the affected area. She indicated that she was trained in the technique known as lymphatic drainage, a very light touch massage technique and asked me if I wanted to try it. Of course, in seeking relief from swelling that I had never experienced before, we did the treatment and it immediately brought relief from both the swelling and some of the knee discomfort. It felt very soothing I would highly recommend Debbie Bolton for this treatment if you have similar symptoms.
