Charlie did a nice job getting the unit back up and running. Very nice and professional technician. He gets a 5-star. DG, however, has been here 6 times over the last three years (brand new unit three years ago) and we continue to have problems with our heat occasionally not coming on. They get a 1-star for not preventing the same issues over and over. This time, it was a 'loose connection'. We feel that although Charlie got the unit running again, DG is not doing enough to make sure the unit is sound, operational, and is not going to require another expensive service visit.

I have had many people doing various jobs at my house over the past 23 years and I have never wanted to write a review for them, except for maybe two people. Nick and Anthony were seriously the best crew I have ever worked with. They were so neat, efficient, professional, and nice! I was so lucky to have this crew installing my mini splits. I recommend them highly!!
