Disappointed in their services all around, especially the day of the funeral. And, to see that my family member was much darker than their actual photo, was enough for me. I’d rather pay more for top notch service and better communication.
I would like to take the time to thank the Lopes family for the job well done and the empathy that was shown during our time of sorrow, you guys were always available and ready to help and change anything that was not satisfactory to us THANK YOU THANK YOU for making a difficult time a little easier..... on behalf of the Harris/Devonshire family
Not professional at all. Staff is NO help when George is not around. My brother was laid to rest on the 22nd of June and we are STILL waiting for the death certificates which have been in their Possession for about 2 weeks now, daughter of deceased has driven from Attleboro to Mattapan to pick them up, only to be told some ridiculous story as to why the staff members were unable to give them to her. As many as 5 calls have been made to the establishment, messages left with the answering service only to receive NO PHONE CALLS BACK.. SO, how long is too long to wait for a death certificate paid for almost 2 months ago.. NO PROFESSIONSLISM AT ALL, except of course when...read full review
