I'm pretty frustrated that there is a lack of customer service and follow through. I left a pair of gloves that hold a lot of meaning for me accidentally at the register. I called to let them know I left them and that I would be back in TWO DAYS because I can't drive my car... they confirmed they had them and got my name... I walk there in 17 degrees cold for 45 minutes today and NO GLOVES!! The employee and the owner were dismissive. I've heard trifling reasons why folks choose not to come here and yet I still came. I'm all set moving forward. the inability of the staff to communicate btw shifts is disheartening yet common. I'll bring my business... read full review

Great supply of herbs and natural products but they are absolutely horrible at keeping time..I've made numerous trips there for no reason..I even went there today on a Sunday at 4pm and they're closed..I also went there on Friday after Thanksgiving and they were closed..great place nice people but unreliable
