Recently moved to the area and was checking out Gyms . The gym is clean , and spacious with plenty of equipment. But the reason I joined was the front desk people . Ian and Court were so friendly ( and not in that forced phoney way of most places ) they are energetic, helpful and create an amazing vibe ! They made the best first ( and second ) impression

My wife and I love Planet Fitness and work out in Mashpee and in Saint Augustine regularly - very friendly staff, clean, fair membership fees, very good equipment at both facilities. Could not be happier.

I have had dozens of planet fitness memberships. The worst I've seen was in Washington DC. It was just gross in terms of cleanliness. This one pales in comparison and is the best planet fitness I've gone to. The equipment works well and is well maintained. There is also a good variety of machines and usually enough to go around on busy days. The staff at this location is pretty good with taking out the trash and it seems to be pretty clean considering the amount of people who go through in a day. They are also polite and professional.
