Excellent work and customer service. I was so happy to find a company that would repair and clean our older oriental rugs. Everyone was very helpful and the work on the rugs was done beautifully. Great company highly recommended!

Excellent experience. They are extremely busy and so they promise the rugs back in 6 weeks or so, and they always have returned them early! The rugs sparkle like when we first bought them! Importantly they recommend new pads as needed to protect the rug and floor. They are cut to size perfectly. We highly recommend Khouris for cleaning and repair of your valuable oriental rugs.

I had a medium size persian rug cleaned by this company. They were wonderful from the first contact and pick up. they called and described the process and the time frame. they do free pick up and delivery. everyone from my first contact to the delivery gentleman, was flawless. If you are looking to use their services, I highly recommend them. One of the most professional companies, and the kindest people I have ever dealt with here on the cape. Use them, you won’t regret it!
