We had contacted Andrew about installing an electronic lock. He recommended a lock which we purchased online. Scheduled the install with Andrew. Andrew arrived right on time. Being in the security business, he was badged with identification. Although it didn't seem necessary, it's a tribute to his professionalism. Andrew was friendly and personable, showed him the hardware we purchased and went right to work. We had Andrew come by to help us change our locks and put in a deadbolt and by the time he left he also fixed our other deadbolt that was sticking and fixed our storm door while he was here. Then he noticed that the new deadbolt didn't match the other lock so he ordered us a perfect match and will come back to install free of charge. He was professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend for any locksmith needs!!

Andrew Fietek did a great job and was very responsive, punctual and professional! I would definitely recommend him. He solved a problem with two exterior door locks and deadbolt and came out on a weekend.
