“I cannot say enough good things about Donna. I had my first facial with her a month ago and immediately after the appointment my skin felt so much more soft and supple. There was no irritation or new infection after the visit and she provides so much helpful skincare advice that is catered to your skin-type. She resolved basically all of the problems that I had been having with my skin, even things that I thought were untreatable! To Donna, it is not about the money, it is all about being able to help people and that is very apparent in her work. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a facial or any other treatment.“

“In town for a couple weeks. Had a shellac manicure with Jenny. She is the best! I’ve had gel manicure’s other places on the cape and she is hands down the best. Great at shaping nails, very detailed and thoughtful. Also, lots of fun. Great personality. Looking forward to going back. She also saved my nail color to my profile for next time. Love it!“

“I can’t quite understand where some of the bad reviews come from. I have been in to get my nails/toes done plenty of times. Angela is extremely talented with nail art, the rest of the staff is very friendly and does great work. I had an amazing pedicure tonight, she (I didn’t get her name) was thorough, and very kind. I’ve never waited for an excessive amount of time, or felt rushed. The store is very clean and well kept in my opinion. I will continue to recommend this salon for all your nail needs!“

“I have been going to ROOTS for over 3 years now. I love walking in and not smelling the strong harmful odor of all the chemicals of a typical salon! Jenny has given me a self styling haircut that is no fuss and my hair has benefited from the natural products. My hair is softer and not as dry. Jenny is a professional and knowledgeable. Lenny the owner has been in the business for years and is passionate about his work! It is worth the little extra money due to the benefits and it lasts longer so I dont have to get my color as often so it balances out. I strongly recommend ROOTS!“
