“I left the Cape two weeks ago with a self-styling cut and foil from Genny who was trained by Lenny. I just had to call them today to say that I am over the moon with happiness that my hair is finally looking wonderful with no fuss or angst by me! Lots of compliments too. The foils are food grade; not chemicals and as a retired teacher I chose Roots because of Lenny's dedication to non-toxic products and the training that is done by him. Genny told me she has been there twelve years! Lenny has quite a story about why he chose self-stying hair design and organic products. I hope you get to meet them. I'm driving back from NY to see them in December.“

“I have never felt so relaxed in my entire life. I listened to the “sand” frequency music, while laying on a bio Matt in the salt cave. My back was in pain before I went in and it feels like I just used cbd cream on it. I feel incredible. I was in the hospital all of last week and this was exactly what I needed. Not to mention their fossils fossils, crystals, gems, stones that they had were very reasonably priced and I managed to get something for myself, my brother, and my mom for Christmas all under 18$. “I got a massage at the Spa at Sea Street with Natasha. I'm afraid to tell you what I think because then I'll never get a slot with her without a lot of advanced planning! She gave me perhaps the best massage of my life, certainly it was in the top two. There was one I got back in 1993 that stands out. She's so intuitive and it all felt very nurturing. The music was nature noises which worked well for me. As a musician I listen to music and so that I can't let go if music plays, no matter how zen. The spa is cute and small and well laid out. It smelled gorgeous and the entire experience was just what I needed.“
