Called Jonathan out of the blue and to my amazement I heard from his office the very same day. We had a short somewhere outside that tripped an inside breaker in the kitchen. He literally made time for me the next day and LJ separated the inside from the outside short. However I needed to connect my lantern, plus I wanted additional spot lights for the walkway. It was a small project that included Max and Natasha to channel a new line in my yard to the lantern. Then Jonathan and Tim connected it to the lantern and moved the outlet out where I could reach it easier for my Christmas lights. Such a fabulous team and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Tim, the electrician assigned to my jobs, is extremely polite, respectful of the homeowner's space, and, most importantly, competent. He explains everything he is doing and any issues that come up so the lay person can understand. Company scheduling is excellent and immediately communicative if a change has to be made. I highly recommend.

Both Jon and LJ were knowledgeable, polite, and personable. Work was completed in less time than anticipated. We are very satisfied, and thankful to have found Jonathan Hall Electric.
