When I arrived, the person at the front desk, Neusa, knew right where my garment was and made sure they were able to get the order done right away. Someone (I believe may have been the owner/manager) even offered to bring the items to my car since I was juggling a toddler. Very impressed with the customer service. Was looking for a new dry cleaners, and they have definitely earned my business moving forward.“

She has done everything from shorten pant hems and jacket sleeves to doing major modifications to a formal full length gown. She is very busy because she is so good at what she does, but she sticks to the timeframe that she gives you. That being said, don’t leave your alterations to the last minute!“
