Great service. Came out late on a Sunday evening to fix an issue, same day. Wish more companies treated customers this way. Will happily refer Metrowest Power to anyone looking for a generator.

Michael Sullivan and crew do good prompt work, are fairly priced, and are very responsive to customer service. We've been using them for over 5y to service a modest Generac installation which they installed. They troubleshot and fixed a chronic electrician installation mistake. They come when called for oil changes and anything else. We have not used their service contracts because on the pricy side, though with climate change and Wayland trees that's going to change. Nice people too.

It was really great working with MetroWest to install a 16kW Generac standbygenerator. Mike was extremely responsive via email, which I really appreciated.By the end of the project, I think our email chain had grown to about 30 emailsor so. He answered every question we had.Also, I have to add that MetroWest's electrician, Josh, was phenomenal. He wasso easy-going, encouraged questions, gave honest opinions and very detailedanswers to everything. Really could not have been any better.
