I needed an outlet installed for a new water heater ASAP. I reached out to On Call Electric and Sergio responded right away. I explained the situation to him and he gave me a reasonable quote for the work. Two hours later he was at my door and was very professional and amicable. He explained the process which would require an install of a GFCI switch and went to work right away. In about an hour he had finished all of the work and walked me through it. The job was done cleanly and professionally. Additionally, Sergio also gave me some maintenance pointers on the new water heater. Easily the best experience I’ve had through American Home Shield and someone I will continue using in the future. Was able to solve my problem quickly, less than 24 hours after I contacted them, and answered all my questions!
On Call Electric responded to our call very quickly and were very professional. They were very knowledgeable and informed of everything they were doing. They completed the job quickly and cleaned everything up. I will definitely call them again in the future for all electrician needs.
