Update: because of the extreme measures I took regarding this dental office they have reached out and rescheduled Aiden's appointment for the end of May instead of pushing it all the way to August. Don't get me wrong, they may be rectifying the appointment but if I knew then what I know now about this dental practice I would never have put my son in braces here. They definitely take way too many clients to fit in for treatment in one day. If you're going to do orthodontic work you should have an orthodontist 5 days a week at least. I had a really good first visit in the Marlboro branch today. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and relaxed. I'm used to dentist offices being hush hush and lacking humor. The dental assistant and the dentist explained things to me, and a treatment plan was created. I'm not obligated to return, but I certainly will.
