“Sidney and his team are extraordinary.First, Sidney is responsive. That is rare is his business. But Sidney doesn’t play games. I called him and he came right over, looked at the work (repairs to a finished basement room after a flood) and he gave me a price in a very reasonable few days. And the price included ALL the work I wanted done. That never happens. Everyone else I called either ghosted me, gave me a ridiculous price or gave me a ridiculous price AND left half the work I wanted done off the proposal. Sidney was excellent. I had a good feeling from the beginning.Then he and his team began the work. His team was fast and the work was very high quality. Anytime I had a question, he got back to me immediately. They were easy to communicate with in the planning stages and they were efficient once the work began on the pool. They did a fantastic job with the final grading once the hole was filled and it has improved our water flow in the yard as a whole.
