Overall, we’re happy with the quality of the fence. It looks great, and the crew worked very hard in the extreme heat for two days. They were professional, respectful, and did excellent work.
Unfortunately, the communication before and after the installation has been very disappointing. We were initially told installation would be in about four weeks. After five weeks with no updates, we called and were told it would likely be Tuesday or Thursday of that week. We never heard anything on Monday, and then on Tuesday, when we called again, we were told the crew was on their way.
