Bo is a fantastic inspector. He looked at every nook and cranny of the house I am purchasing. I feel so much better knowing he was there now and if I need some assistance later whether it's a follow up on work completed based on his inspection or another home. Very responsive whenever I called, clear with setting expectations about scope of engagement and price, good availability for scheduling the inspection, showed up to the inspection on time, was thorough with his inspection, and within hours of completing the inspection Wayne emailed over a 1-page write-up of the inspection findings. I'd use him again.
