Working with Bay Path has been such a blessing. The services they provide truly helps to bridge the gap on caring for aging parents - even the small things such as meals and other minor stuff go such a long way. My dad has had a great experience with them, and every time I call about anything, the receptionist and other employees I’ve spoken to are attentive and polite. As stressful as managing care for others can be, Bay Path helps so much.
I’ve enjoyed this place a lot. A lot of the reviews on here are actually complaints about the vendors and the aids and the insurance company that Baypath is getting blamed for because of the aid shortage during the pandemic. Baypath uses vendors contracted through specific insurance companies and act as the go-between the customers and the vendors and insurance companies so it unfortunately has become a case of shooting the messenger.
