I had high expectations for this place as it came recommended and it is not cheap by any means. First off, when I booked my appointment I spoke with the owner Aileen And I was clear with her that I wanted my work done by her as I had seen her work. When I got to my appointment she did not do my work but had her assistant do it and I felt like I was a bait and switch and I was not happy about it. If that was the only problem I may have gotten past it however they scheduled me for a follow up to ensure that everything was done evenly. Aileen & Kelly are both so professional, qualified, caring and they have my skin glowing for months at a time! They are honest and I trust everything they do. I highly recommend their hydrafacial. Worth it!
