“I thought a metal zipper on a heavy winter coat needed to replaced. I stopped by the shop, Angie took a look and stated the zipper is fine. She was able to fix the issue within minutes and didn't want charge me for the service. I had called other places either they didn't want to replace the zipper or were going to charge at least $45, I gladly paid her a small fee. Angie could have taken the jacket and charged for the service, she was honest and extremely pleasant. Thank you Angie.“
