I had to pick up a way over due dry cleaning this past Saturday. Customer service was on point. I didn’t catch her name but good customer service does not go unnoticed these days.

They always have my orders ready 1-2 days before the expected date. Everything is done professionally. I appreciate and use the money saving coupons. I also appreciate how pleasant and accommodating the staff are.Service: Drapery & window cover cleaning

I brought in 2 pairs of jeans, one to be hemmed, the other a new zipper. The owner called me the day I was due to pick them up. The seamstress did an error and reversed the jobs, hemming the wrong jeans.....when I picked them up, a new zipper was put in the accidentally hemmed jeans, and hemming was done on the correct pair. The owner apologized profusely and said no charge for any work done. I consider that great customer service.
