Owen is the BEST!!! His smoothies are the highlight of my day. I have tried 100 times to make the PB Lite smoothie at home and it never comes out as good as Owen’s. Healthy and delicious!!

Had an amazing workout at NRG Franklin! Great equipment and the staff was amazing. Ask for Shane and he will take great care of you! He also makes the best smoothies! I will be back soon NRG!
