He took the time to explain the mold remediation process and helped to alleviate our concerns. His team was very knowledgeable and efficient, taping off a containment area and using an air scrubber to make sure there were no mold spores spread to the rest of the house.
On another project in the primary bath our contractor found a wall stud with possible mold. Mike was able to come out the next day and assured us that there was no water issue but that the wood was probably brought in that way when the house was built. He quickly remediated the stud and kept our project on schedule.
