My doctor is great and the doctors there and nurses there are great. The only issue I have is that some people that answer the phone can be really rude. I don’t understand why helping a patient with something seems like an inconvenience to them when it’s their job. It feels like some of the people that answer the phone try to rush you or make you feel bad about what you’re asking about and they have no idea what you’re going through in terms of your health. Just try to be nicer to people that call because you don’t understand what they’re going through and we are not an inconvenience, we are patients and it’s your job to be helpful..

As for the comment about the place being small and dirty, it’s not dirty it’s an older building, pretty nostalgic really. The doctors that I see there are amazing and That’s what a push person should be reviewing.

I’m surprised by the number of bad reviews, as I have been a patient here for 8 years and I love the doctors at this office! I’ve seen many of the doctors at this practice throughout the years, and they have all been fantastic, caring, and really listen to me. Sure, health insurance in our country is completely broken and has led to some frustrations, but the staff at this office has always been responsive and very helpful to help me navigate the nonsense. Cannot recommend this practice highly enough!
