Brian has helped us out for a couple of years. My wife and I own an old converted church with a complex plumbing system, an expeller and sump in the basement servicing a two bedroom apartment and a separate system for our two-bathroom unit upstairs. He has had to replace expeller and sump twice due to damage by a tenant, and was incredibly effective at tracking the problems and repairing them completely, always within budget, at a very fair price. He knows so much about the other ancillary trades that he can figure anything out the first time he sees it. He brings other professionals if required to do the job effectively, which reinforces his capabilities to us. Always on call, always on time, thoughtful about saving money and time – I have never used another plumber since he first helped us – and feel lucky he has been willing to accept us as long-term customers.
