Joanna and her husband were super helpful and honest:I brought in a new suit I really disliked and for which lots of alterations seemed to be needed. They made me realize it was pointless, since the suit would be ruined with such interventions nevertheless. Basically, the model wasn't compatible with what I wanted it to look like. This way, they preferred to provide no direct tailoring service to me, but to recommend me to return the suit and get another one instead. This level of honesty is very hard to find and was really appreciated.

Brought 3 items in for alteration: 2 dress shirts that were too loose around the torso and a jacket with overly long sleeves. Joanna had me put each item on and put in safety pins to get the measurements right. I was out the door in less than 10 minutes and was back by next week to pick up my clothes. Joanna's provides very honest and reliable service, would highly recommend!

Joanna has done tailoring several times for me. She does nice work and provides a friendly environment. She's altered many pants for me, fixed a bathrobe that my wife and I nearly destroyed, and sewed velcro onto my cheap living room drapes. I've been coming to her for about two years with any tailoring I needed.
