Had a deep clean with Lisa. First She explained the whys and whats. She was a very comforting and communicated very efficiently. She helped me be calm as I was very nervous and worrying about the pain. She made the clean very gently and I could not believe that I was done. I am going back for the second session this coming week and I am excited about it. I would recommend her work to anyone. The front desk staff was also friendly and professional.Thank you all

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gentle in Malden where I encountered Buki an exceptional dental assistant. What impressed me the most was her ability to communicate effectively. She patiently answered all of my questions, addressing any concerns I had with clarity and empathy. Her ability to break down complex dental procedures into understandable terms helped alleviate my anxieties. I felt well-informed and involved in my dental care.
