Every time I go there, I feel welcomed. I love buying hair from this place. Since I’m the one braiding my girls’ hair, the staff is always happy to help me choose the best hair to style them. I recommend it 100%
Every time I go here I always have a pleasant experience. The people there are kind! They are very helpful to me when I need someone’s assistance and someone is always around on the floor. I very much appreciate that while they do watch customers, it’s not in an incriminating way as other stores have the tendency to hover you in an uncomfortable and irritating way. I recommend this place to people I know.
I absolutely love Franklin's. I've been a customer for over 16yrs now. This beauty supply store is a staple in Malden. You instantly get that family feeling, they pay attention and help you with all your hair care needs.
