I am a parent with two daughters to be seen at same day and they received excellent eye care at the Malden office. The doctor was attentive, explained everything clearly, and addressed my concerns with professionalism and patience. I and my daughters appreciate the thorough exam and the supportive care provided. Dr. Ashley Paine has been my eye doctor for years, and I couldn’t ask for better care. She is incredibly attentive and takes the time to explain every detail in a way that’s easy to understand. I never feel rushed during appointments, and she always makes sure all my questions are answered. Her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail really stand out. I trust her completely and if you’re looking for an excellent eye doctor she’s the right person.

Since most people only take the time to write reviews when they have had a negative experience, I would like to share my positive one. The service was impeccable and efficient. They were very accommodating and managed to find me an early appointment because I had lost my glasses. They even agreed to let me come another day for the dilation since I was not ready at the time. Overall, it was exceptional service. (^ー^)
