Very sweet and knowledgeable. I’ve been to other brow services where it seems like they dont care about the clients and can make comments that come off a little rude but not here! I felt very welcomed and like she was delighted to service me. You can tell she has a true passion for what she does and cares about her clients and business. I've been coming to Brown Sugar Skin for waxing services for over two years now, and I can't recommend it enough. Sheranny is an absolute gem — polite, funny, and genuinely warm, while also being completely professional. Her work is top quality, and somehow she manages to make every visit as enjoyable as ripping off hair can possibly be!
