As part of a end-of-lease offer, my vehicle needed to be towed away for auction. However, I hadn't yet picked up my new vehicle as it was delayed due to supply-chain issues. I didn't want to be without a car, so I wanted to coordinate towing the old vehicle on same day I got the new one.Sounds easy enough, but there was quite a bit of back-and-forth with the dealer so the date kept moving. Luckily, David was patient and flexible with the situation (which took more than a week to resolve) and gave me his cell phone number to use, even over the weekend, so we could se it up.David was great to work with and made it so easy to do this!
