Very very happy with the service Rich provided. I needed a water heater replacement. Rich not only provided a reasonable quote but also aimed to do it right. He got a permit, brought everything up to code, and did a very thorough installation. Him and his associates were also really nice people and a pleasure to work with.
My gas furnace broke down late at night a week before Xmas. I called Rich and within 5minutes he called me back. Even though he was starting a job the next morning he brought me space heaters so my house stayed comfortable until he could replace my furnace a few days later. He and his wife Laura, who is his assistant, couldn't have been any nicer. They were professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. They went above and beyond and I am extremely satisfied with the service they provide. This was all done for a very fair price. They also checked back a few times to be sure everything was working properly.
