What an amazing company! You don’t find companies like this that care about their customers as much as Swamp Scott refrigeration does. Krissy was very customer oriented and concerned about my situation and went above and beyond to get a technician out to my home to fix my A/C. Tony was the technician and he was fabulous. He was thorough. He was professional. And only wanted to do the best work he could for me. I highly recommend Swampscott refrigeration for any of your heating or cooling needs. They have always been there to support their customers, and I will continue to use them. They are wonderful!

Swampscott Refrigeration is the best HVAC/AC/heating company I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. The front desk is friendly and sets up appointments in a timely manner.
The techs are top notch. Tony is a model example of how an employee for any organization should be. He's patient, kind, and explains the situation, what the issues could be, and any fixes that could be applied. He's also the most knowledgable tech in this field I have dealt with as a homeowner.
Prices are have been very reasonable for the few times I have hired them as well.
