Our AC stopped blowing cool air during a heat wave. Silva Heating & Cooling answered my first call. Chris found the time in his busy schedule to come out (same day) and worked to diagnose the problem. While the part we need is unavailable (weekend) Chris said he could pick it up first thing on Monday and come by to install/fix our system. (It helps that we are in the same town where he gets that component.) Yes, we're sweating it out until Monday, but we are so pleased with Silva Heating & Cooling's quick response.

Professional Professional Professional. Chris diagnosed the problem. Show me why the AC was not working. In this case a new condenser was only part of the answer. Also a fan relay was needed. He was very straight and most fair with his pricing, I would highly recommend Chris Silva for working on my HVAC anytime. He also didn't nickel and dime me when he had to come back for a new problem.
