“I like this location however it's always crowded in to make an appointment seems like you'll be waiting forever to see the doctor. I enjoyed taking my kids here because it is close and convenient and the doctors always helpful. The staff is so nice and they never seem to have enough that they in my opinion I just wish that this Pediatrics wasn't so booked.“

Keep in mind, like most such healthcare "collectives" these days, the responsibility is really on you (the patient) to: 1) create your online account (critical for keeping on top of your healthcare with an org like this!) & learn how the site works; 2) call in proactively to check on coverage/physician choices/appointment management etc etc.; 3) (Probably most important of all!) keep track of all questions/concerns/health issues you've got and, next time you see your PCP, **ask them!** [Of course you should always see a dr or go to ER asap --don't wait--if there's anything you think may be serious.]“

“Dr. Gonzalez is truly a wonderful MD. He cares about you as a patient which is quite rare in medicine. He really took the time to listen to me, follow up with me, make appropriate referrals and plan of care. I also have to give a kuddos to his team/nurses at atrius health, they are all wonderful and knowledgable. It is difficult to find this level of support and care with an MD these days, highly highly highly recommend him and this practice. He has changed my life and my health and I am forever grateful!!“

“Boston Medical Center is ranked #2 in our state. #14 in the nation. In my personal experience and opinion, the best trauma hospital.BMC provides many services as well as resources to the community.As far as primary care goes, the hospital is not big enough for the capacity of patients it serves.Located off Massachusetts avenue "methadone mile/skid row" is outside there doors causing their emergency room to be flooded with non trauma patients(unfortunately the demographic being, homeless, mentally ill substance abusers).“

“10/10 this urgent care is great. i’ve never had an issue with waiting a long time here. they do get busy at certain times but that should be expected. i’ve never dealt with any healthcare workers who have been anything less than nice and personable there too.“
