Mr. Timothy Finelli at the Lynn location treated my family so poorly, very mean and uncut. He practically kicked my son and my wife out of his office asking them to go find another dentist after he screwed with my son's teeth for yes. We feel badly treated with zero empathy and discrimination against by this dentist. we feel sad that after all these years we have to leave. He had no compassion even as my wife was shedding tears which she needed not to . Mr. Finelli claimed my sons braces keep breaking because he eats, common he is a teenage boy what did he do that was abnormal? Even so, as a doctor, are you not trained to care for people no matter the color of their skin? We feel so demanded and disrespected by Mr. Finelli and not happy.
We are so pleased with the exceptional dental care we received from MZL Orthodontics providers Dr. Finelli and Margie! We cannot recommend them and their practice enough! We appreciate their attention to detail and their kindness so much!! Thank you to both!!
