I have 3b/3c natural curly hair! She did an amazing job cutting my hair and it’s for a good price. If you have natural hair she can cut it. Straight hair , wavy hair , curly and kinky she does all.
Note: I don't usually post reviews but seeing that the only review about this place contain a whole lot of misinformation made me wanted to post this review as a local in the area. Well, I usually stick with a basic hairstyle (fohawk) so I can't really comment on what it would be like getting more trendy or other types of haircuts. But I do know that they are very nice, happy, and respectful to their clients. (emphasis on very) They're a small local family Vietnamese salon. I understand them when they speak their language without their knowledge, and I have never heard them "talk crap" behind their clients back, when they do talk about their client it's always about giving each other advice on where/how to cut next if need be because they work as a team. This place has one for the most affordable prices I've ever come across, for example for my cut it would be $10 (without tip or accepting gel). And their closing time is flexible, they will not close the door on you after 6 (I believe) if you show up reasonably timed. The reason for only 3 stars is because you'll be lucky to find parking and if it's rush hour in their shop, usually from 2-5pm, expect to wait very long hours as their shop always get too full to accommodate everyone. And scheduling appointments aren't a guarantee that you'll get your hair cut on time but they always apologize if it happens. My personal recommendation is the early bird gets the worm and if you do call, just ask if their shop is full and expected waiting times. Therefore this place is A-Ok for me and the many loyal customers that always fill their shop. What makes this place special is that even with a language barrier, they would always try their best to make you feel welcome when you enter the door with an energetic "Hellooo!" or "Hi!"
