The anxiety of walking into a funeral home is incredibly overwhelming — especially when you’re there to plan your own mother’s services. Standing there, shakily pressing the doorbell, still unable to fully believe what was happening, is a feeling I’ll never forget.
The moment the door opened, my siblings and I were greeted by Eric Daniels. He offered his most sincere condolences, and in that instant, some of the anxiety we were carrying began to ease.

To start, Cuffe made pre-planning for my mother easy for years. And from the first phone call after our mom passed, Eric and everyone at Cuffe was kind, patient and walked us through all of the necessary steps. All our my mom’s and our family’s wishes were met and surpassed. The room for the viewing was lovely and the funeral was just how we wanted it. We all noted how many attendants were there the day of the funeral to make sure everything went according to plan from at Cuffe through to the cemetery. I truly felt like I was free to grieve throughout and all the other details were seamlessly handled by Eric and his team. Thanks again for everything.
