We contacted Eric after seeing his sign in the neighborhood. He came over to look at our job. It was to remove a set of outdoor stairs with a platform and erect a new set of stairs to the local building code. He presented us with a formal contract that included all permits and removal of debris. The new stairs which are eleven feet from ground to the second floor of the home, look great. They are sturdy and well built, exceeding the local building codes.

We needed help with a partial remodel to our South Boston condo and working with Eric was a pleasure from start to finish. I appreciated his honesty from his initial assessment of the job and then his recommendations throughout on how to get stretch our budget and make it work for the project.
One of the things I was most impressed with was how quickly Eric was able to sequence work, we got the project done faster than any other contractor quoted me. Electrician, paint, floor refinishing, etc. were all quickly scheduled.
