Aeon Consulting helped me take my practice from one counselor to 10 in less than a year! I met with Jay to talk about moving toward a self-pay method with no intention of bringing on additional counselors. I was intimidated by insurance and billing. However, Jay taught me about the insurance systems, billing, onboarding and so much more. There were some growing pains but Jay was always available to problem solve and was my biggest cheerleader throughout! Jay continues to check in with me and offer support now.
